  • We will respond to all calls; emails and whatsapp queries received before 17h00, within the same day
  • We will refund any customer who is dissatisfied due to errors on our part
  • We will contact you directly if we are unable to provide you with items on your order
  • We will send you a message when your package has left dispatch, with an approximate time
  • We will never share your details and information with any third parties outside of the Clique


How to make the most of our service

  • Look at the Delivery Info page before registering or checking out
  • Ensure that your suburb is in Johannesburg
  • Look for your suburb in the drop-down on the Delivery Info page to see if you are in Zone 1 (R35 delivery fee).
  • Use the exact same postal code you see in the drop-down when you are providing your delivery address.
  • If you cannot find your suburb name or postal code in the dropdown, please note that you are in Zone 2 (R50 delivery fee)
  • Register before you start to shop. This will make checkout easier
  • Place your orders 48 hours in advance to avoid waiting for the next Thursday’s delivery date
  • Review your shopping cart before checking out
  • Please remember that your billing address is the invoice address
  • The delivery address is the physical location to which your goods are delivered. 
  • If you found your suburb name or postal code in the drop-down on the Delivery Info page, please remember to use the postal code we have provided for Zone 1 in the drop-down
  • Make sure that someone is at the delivery address on the delivery date
  • Provide good instructions if there are protocols to access your delivery address
  • Inspect your goods upon delivery. The driver will be patient
  • Contact us immediately if you are unhappy
